Running junior ice hockey is a huge undertaking. Leeds Junior Knights is a registered charity, run by a dedicated community of volunteers who give their time to make junior hockey accessible, inclusive and sustainable.
There are coaches, team managers, officials, safeguarding, league administration, training sessions, fixtures, equipment, travel, tournaments, fundraising, communications and all the hundreds of small jobs that have to happen behind the scenes.
All of that work is carried out by people who volunteer because they believe in what the club can give young people. Keeping a club like ours going takes more than passion - it takes a community. Support from local businesses, organisations and individuals helps us provide opportunities for young players to learn, develop and enjoy hockey.
And because we are a charitable organisation, support from our community and our sponsors can make a direct difference to what we can offer young people.We’re looking for sponsors and supporters who share our belief in the value of junior sport.
